This means you can continue to use the email provider of your choice, making it easy to keep track of your text messages. For efficiency purposes, most clients prefer having all SMS replies forwarded directly to their main business email.

Sending an SMS with our Email to SMS service is designed to feel natural. All you need to do is make a couple of small adjustments when composing your email.

Place the phone number that you want to contact followed by @codekconnect.com inside the “To” section of your new email. For example if the number is 123456, then you would place

If you want to keep your original caller ID, leave the subject line blank.

If you want to override it, type in your email as usual. When you press send, your client will receive an SMS version of the email
